I’ve only been doing the blogging properly since August. In my short time I have been pleasantly surprised how many amazing blogs I have come across. I haven’t got into awards yet mainly because they are rather time consuming, not that I don’t appreciate being nominated. Maybe one day I’ll go through and put them all on a separate page. Instead of awards I thought I would write a post about all the blogs I have enjoyed or have been very helpful. I couldn’t include all the blogs I love so sorry if yours is not on my list please don’t be offended!
Blogs that repost great articles – I found loads of great blogs through them, and both of them are run by very nice people.

Blogs with fantastic writing and blogging advice
Dan Alatorre – Author – He has very kindly given me lots of detailed advice about my book.
Daily Echo – mainly through the comments – her blog is very good as well
Mostly Blogging – loads of advice on this one but be warned every time I read it I’m left with more things I should be doing.
Great photography blogs
Tim Pryor Photography He’s a friend in real life but could do with updating it a bit more! He took my wedding photos as well has an amazing skill.
Paul Militaru – some breath taking stuff in his blog.
Blogs that have great writers (as well as nice people)
The Creative Works of James Harrington
Blogs that are funny and make me glad to be alive
Blogs written by nice people who restore you faith in humanity
A cooking pot and twistedtales
Best blog ever
This blog has everything you need. Frankly if I wasn’t heterosexual and already happily married I would have proposed to him by now!
I should mention my wife’s blog – she hasn’t many followers, but then if you don’t post…..
I wrote this a week ago and have come across a few more since then but if I didn’t post now it was endanger of becoming like painting the fourth bridge. Really sorry if I missed you out.

It’s funny we spend all this time writing then are totally amazed that someone actually likes it! I wonder if it’s the same for people who paint or sing?

I am sure it is. I think that there is some little self doubt in all of us (especially does given to creativity), and we unwittingly keep striving to make it better. We are usually our own worst critics 🙂

That is something that will always happen… Once you start to name people, so many others come to mind, but no worries, you can’t mention everyone!!!! Maybe you could do a follow up one day and you can include others, these kinds of posts are so wonderful to,help share the blogger love!!
